We also offer a service to assess old and unused machines and evaluate their viability, and advise if its economic for repair : £ 45.

Payment can be made by card or by Bacs transfer on return of your machine.

Servicing

Just like your vehicle, your sewing machine needs regular servicing to ensure it continues to operate smoothly and to prolong the longevity of your machine.

We recommend servicing of your machine, for moderate and regular use every year.

Within 2 years for infrequent use.

Repairs

If your machine has developed a fault, phone our engineer to discuss assessment and diagnosis.

We will investigate and send you an estimate detailing any new parts required and lead times.

We will seek email conformation / agreement, before engaging in any repair.

Repairs not contained within a general service will subject to an additional charge.

All service and repair prices exclude any parts and materials.

Machine collection

Machine collection, please make sure you have discussed any problems you have with your machine’s performance with the engineer so that we can target the problem area.

To ensure your machine is ready for collection please make sure it has a bobbin, a zigzag presser foot and the foot pedal.

Manufacturer’s warranty

Please contact the original purchase agent to arrange an approved service agent.

PAT Testing

If you take your machines to clubs or organisations, we offer electrical portable appliance testing to give you piece of mind that your machine is safe to use: £5 per machine test.
